In Softball, players learn to catch with their non-preferred hand and throw with their stronger hand. A Left Hand Throw glove means the glove goes on the right hand, suited for people that throw the ball with their left hand.
While size preference may vary for individuals, the following can be used as a general guide to sizing
- 10-10.5 inch - Ages 6-9
- 11-11.5 inch - Ages 9-13
- 12.5 inch - Ages 14+
- 14.5 inch - Ages 16+
